Andrea Mazzanti received the Laurea and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Modena, ITALY in 2001 and 2005 respectively. In 2005 he became assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Modena. In 2010 he joined the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Pavia – ITALY. Present research interest are focused on design of silicon integrated circuits (ICs) for analog, RF and mm-waves applications, covering high speed wireless and wireline communications, consumer electronics and ICs for medical instruments. He is in tight collaboration with STMicroelectronics (STM) in the framework of Studio di Microelettronica, a research laboratory joint between University and ST, located inside the Engineering Faculty of the University of Pavia. Dr. Mazzanti has published more than 80 international papers which received more than 700 citations. He serves as a member of the technical committee of the IEEE CICC, ESSCIRC, ISSCC
